About the MSCY
The Military Spouses Club of Yuma, Arizona is a U.S.-military-base-recognized social club for military spouses in the Yuma area. We are also a volunteer and fundraising organization that supports the Yuma military community through scholarship and donation programs for military families. Each August/September we kick off our new year with a new membership mixer. It’s an opportunity to welcome & meet new friends, unite with old friends, and strengthen the connection for military spouses here in the Yuma area. You're invited to join us and share in the military experience here in the desert southwest.
Our purpose is to promote inclusivity, diversity, good will, friendship, camaraderie, and cultural opportunity among MSCY members while supporting social, educational, and community activities and organizations that benefit military personnel and their dependents.
Where does our money go?
The money we raise supports our Holiday Blessings program, which enables MCAS Yuma families to purchase food for from the on-base commissary during the holiday season. We also provide scholarships to military dependents to help with the cost of higher education. To learn more about these programs, please visit the ‘Give’ tab above.
We are a small chapter, but one invested in our local base and our community. Every year brings new fundraising opportunities and we look forward to your attendance and support!
